Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Tiny Desk generates a short, AI-created concert video from a photo you upload. The clips are synthetic. They are not real performances, not recordings of any real person, and not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band.

2. Accounts and payment

You sign in with Google to buy and generate. Each video costs 1 credit (currently $4.99 for a 15-second clip). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.

3. Refunds

If generation fails, the credit is released back to your account automatically. You can also request a credit refund for a paid order from the studio page; once processed, the credits return to your account. Credits are not exchanged for cash. Contact us if something is wrong with a delivery.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload and that the person shown has agreed to appear in a generated clip. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, sexual, violent, or that impersonates a real person for deception. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms.

6. AI limitations

Generated videos are synthetic and may contain artifacts, may differ from your photo, and are not a faithful record of any real event. Do not present a generated clip as real footage.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
